How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on their coat type, lifestyle, and shedding level. Long‑haired and curly‑coated breeds may need more frequent appointments to prevent matting.

What products do you use?

We use high‑quality, pet‑safe shampoos, conditioners, and grooming products designed to be gentle on skin and effective on all coat types. Hypoallergenic and specialty formulas are available upon request.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule online through our website or call us directly. Appointments fill quickly, especially during seasonal changes, so early booking is recommended.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Most appointments take 1.5–3 hours depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the services requested. We’ll give you a more accurate estimate at drop‑off.

Do you offer de‑shedding treatments?

Yes. Our de‑shedding service helps reduce loose hair, minimize shedding around your home, and keep your dog’s coat healthier and easier to maintain.

What if my dog has mats or tangles?

We will assess your dog’s coat and determine the safest option. Light matting can often be brushed out, but severe matting may require a shorter haircut to prevent discomfort. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first.

Can you work with anxious or senior dogs?

We do our best to accommodate pets with anxiety, mobility issues, or special needs. Our groomers use gentle handling and a calm environment to help your dog feel safe. Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Do you offer nail trimming without a full groom?

Yes. Nail trims can be scheduled as a standalone service and typically take just a few minutes.

Do you groom all breeds and sizes?

Yes — we work with all breeds, and our grooming setup is designed for dogs up to 50 lbs. This helps us give each pup the safest, most comfortable experience with the equipment and handling space we use.
